Sembang is a proof-of-concept by Dersik Solutions. The assistant calls OpenRouter — an OpenAI-compatible LLM gateway — from a Next.js Route Handler. One API key unlocks hundreds of models; this demo uses inclusionai/ling-3.0-flash, configurable with a single env var. Replies are grounded in a bilingual FAQ and fall back to WhatsApp when the model is unsure.

We're open daily 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, including public holidays. Breakfast is served until 11:30 AM.
Is Kopi Seri Dersik halal?+
Yes — we are JAKIM halal-certified. No pork or alcohol is served on the premises.
What's on the menu?+
Malaysian kopitiam classics: kaya butter toast, soft-boiled eggs, nasi lemak, mee siam, curry laksa, and our signature kopi. Full menu is on the board in-store.
What coffee do you serve?+
Traditional Hainanese-style kopi brewed from Robusta beans roasted with butter and sugar. We also serve kopi-O, teh tarik, Milo, and iced variants from RM2.50.
How much does a typical meal cost?+
Breakfast sets (toast + eggs + kopi) start at RM6.90. Mains like nasi lemak and laksa range RM7–12.
